Thank you for shopping with Apni Kart. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 07- 14 days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver your orders safely.

Available shipping options may include:

Standard Shipping
Express Shipping (if available)
Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available)

Shipping methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 7- 14 days
Other Cities & Towns: 7- 15 days
Remote Areas: 7- 20 days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Fees:

Standard Shipping: Depend On Location
Express Shipping (if available): Depends on Location
Free Shipping: Available on orders above INR 999 (if applicable).

Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you:

A shipping confirmation email or SMS
Your tracking number
A tracking link (where available)

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Weather conditions
Public holidays
Natural disasters
Transportation disruptions
Courier service delays
High order volumes
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. International Shipping

Option 1 – Domestic Only

Currently, Apni Kart ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Option 2 – International Shipping Available

We also ship to selected international destinations.

Please note:

International delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's authorities.
Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delivery delays beyond our control.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order:

Arrives damaged,
Appears to be missing items, or
Is marked as delivered but has not been received,

please contact us within 07 Days of the delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the package and product (if damaged)
A brief description of the issue

We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
